The rental space stretches over more then 160 m2 including two last floors of a building located next to bul. Vitosha and NDK, very central and easily accessible yet quite (no lift).
Location: it is very central and well communicated to public transport (metro and trams are in 2 min walking distance, trolleys are close too). Lots of shops and cafes, restaurants and eating places, modern bakery, newly opening gym, two large green parks are in the area. The National Palace of Culture (NDK) is in 150m away, offering various cultural experience and possibilities.
The Medical Academy / Medical Uni and Faculty of Dentistry are in walking distance reachable in app 10 min.

Each studio is equipped with king size bed with comfy mattress, sitting area with pull-out-sofa or fauteuil to be used for guests, working area with lap top desk and study chair, as well as light wardrobe and sufficient storage area, natural lighting and designer lamps.
Unique decoration of each studio and common areas includes some art master pieces, carefully selected from our large private collection.
Each of the two kitchens is fully equipped with everything needed for a normal everyday life, including but not limited to: entire cooking facilities incl electro oven, induction plate, microwave, fridge, cutlery, espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, full set of plates, cups and glasses.
Free services: To make life of our tenants easy, bed lining and covers plus towels are provided.
Pricing: Euro 490.00 per studio per month, all in pricing, no additional costs for anything else like heating, electricity, cleaning etc. All living costs are included in the monthly rent.
